- Overview of how they set up their farm / types of infrastructure needed for their business model (initial plans vs. how it actually happened)
- Farm Walk showing on farm infrastructure and needs
- Funding on-farm infrastructure (how they did it, who they went to for resources, grants, etc)
- Creative ways they employed to fund specific projects
- Planning for future needs
